Customers are very different. Not just their ethnicity, but what part of the country that you may live in. Did you know that people living in the Western US and Canada eat more Mexican food, more sour dough bread and eat different rice on average to what is eaten in the eastern side of Canada or the US. The pallet is different no matter where you are. Understanding the differences in seasonality, sports importance such as Basketball or CFL Football can make a large difference. How can we make better decisions about local? We have a plan. And it’s a good one. And its for both small and large retailers and it impacts vendors.
